Instructions for Abstracts
• Abstracts must be submitted via e-mail (info@tibia.org.tw) by 31 August 2025, 23:59 UTC.
• Only abstracts submitted in English will be considered.
• The abstract title should not be more than 20 words.
• Abstracts must not be more than 500 words.
• Text specifications should be Times new Roman with 12pt.
• The abstract should then follow the structure: Title of the Abstract, Background & Aims, Methods, Results, Significance/Impacts/Implications.
• If abbreviations are used, the abbreviated term should be written out in full the first time it is used.

Acceptance and Notification of the Abstract
Submissions will be evaluated based on originality, clarity, scientific quality, and their level of relevance to diversity.

Review Process
Once the abstract is submitted, committee will send a confirmation letter to original email address.
Review board will assess the abstract and announce the result before 8 October 2025 with email.
/
Honor
The participants will be divided into two groups: Student group / Expert group
• High Distinction Award
• Excellence Award
• Judges’ List Award • Certificate of Participation (For all participants)
